Saturday Slacking

which was absolutely PERFECT.
I hate to swoon, but Ashley Parker Angel (the guy from Making the Band) was starring in the show and... oh my goodness, he was just there, right in front of me on stage. Ahh, good show, great dancing, great singing, and greater eye candy (very very very cute :p). And during the half when I was standing at the back, there was an act when some of the cast members came out from the back of the audience... and he was standing next to me for 20 seconds. (I wouldn't have realized if Winnie didn't tell me!) I felt like I could die on the spot, haha.
Well, it's a lucky day, Erwin winning the lottery, cheap tickets, eye candy. =)
Oh, but I've decided that I prefer standing tickets to the front row orchestra seats. We were literally seated right in front, about 1 inch from the edge of the stage (at the corner too)... so we couldn't really see the entire stage properly. And I didn't know how tiring it was until I finally moved during the intermission, and boy, my neck was aching.

The Apple Store near central park's supposed to be a tourist icon by itself.. since we had loads of time after getting our tickets, we decided to check it out. It's really cool... (actually, stores in New York generally have cool concepts)... it's entirely glass, so you get a great view of the surrounding tall buildings. And when you step in, you take this glass elevator down to the glass store... I'm no Apple Fan, but walking into the Apple store really makes you feel like buying an Ipod. All the displays, Apple TV... and every single model/colour is put on display for you to try.
